About Us

Wyoming PTO aims to enhance our children’s opportunities to learn and grow while creating a sense of belonging and community.  With a PTO membership your family is not only able to participate in all PTO programs and events, but you will also have access to the Wyoming School Directory.  

What does the PTO do with your money? Your PTO dollars support many important and fulfilling programs for our children, and allow the PTO to beautify and enrich their learning environment in other ways too! There are many ways, large and small, the PTO enhances the lives of Wyoming School students on a daily basis. Here are just a few of them:

• A children’s book author visits our school each year.

• A variety of cultural programs and special assemblies are presented each year.

• The PTO subsidizes the bulk of field trip expenses and provides all new students with a Wyoming field trip t-shirt.

• Books and other necessities are purchased for the library and wonder lab.

• Meetings, newsletters and emails to keep you informed.

• Teacher mini-grants, games for indoor recess, teaching tools and playground equipment are provided and maintained.

• Over several years, LCD projectors with interactive whiteboards and audio enhancement systems have been installed in all classrooms. 

• Offer a scholarship program to provide some lunches, instruments and more for students in need of assistance in our school.
